Responsibilities :

Establish company finance unit and internal control system.

Maintain full set of accounting books and oversee the daily accounting operations, annual / monthly reports and cash management and bank reconciliations

Support the General Manager to exercise budgetary control on investment projects, including costing of capital project, subsequent fixed assets accounting and control

Assist in ongoing review of portfolio financial & operational information and prepare quarterly portfolio valuation

Financial and statutory compliance of project companies - including financial statements audit, tax returns review and regular secretarial filings

Assist in project companies’ tax compliance work

Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Accounting or Finance with recognized professional accounting qualifications (Member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent professional bodies) is a must

Minimum of 5 years’ auditing / accounting / planning / analysis experience in sizeable organization and / or financial institutions (Fund / Private Equity / Asset Management Company, etc.)

Familiar with latest accounting standards and tax rules.

Excellent PC skills, and familiar with finance software.

Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese) and English.

Mature, independent, analytical, well organized and responsible, Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
