The Job
Responsible for inventory planning at Stores and Warehouse levels based on sales trends, promotion schedule and requirements
Analyze actual product demand, research demand drivers, refine the forecast to reflect updated sales momentum, and adjust inventory plans accordingly
Issue PO and ensure smooth delivery from Supplier
Order placement and Evaluate stock availability to fulfill the demand)
Liaise with suppliers on delivery management to ensure smooth delivery operation.)
Execute allocation to optimize sales and meet the demand of Stores and Customers
Maintain and timely update the auto replenishment system for Stores
Resolve out of stocks and overstock issue in Warehouse and Stores
Prepare the performance figures, which includes maintaining the KPI for the team in terms of order fulfillment rate to stores and analyzing the performance details and identify improvement areas
The Person
Diploma holder or above, preferably in Supply Chain management or relevant discipline.;
Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or inventory planning. Experience in Retail or FMCG will be an advantage
Detailed oriented and sensitive to figures, well organized and able to work independently
Familiar with MS Excel and Outlook
Fluent in Cantonese and English
Immediate availability is preferable
Shipping knowledge is a Plus
