Assistant Training & Development Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Reporting to the Training & Development Manager, the incumbent is responsible for assisting Training & Development Manager in formulating and executing training and development strategies aligning with business directions, and providing comprehensive learning and development solutions to all employees.
  • He / she will be required to supervise a small team of staff.

    Requirements :

  • University degree in Human Resources Management / Training or equivalent
  • 6 years of relevant experience. Proven track record in career development planning, designing and delivering leadership & soft skills training in multi-national organisations.
  • Experience in managing Management / Technical Trainee programmes will definitely be an advantage
  • Mature and experienced in building teamwork and driving for team performance
  • Excellent command of both written and oral English and Chinese.
  • Self-motivated, assertive, creative with strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Excellent presentation skills
