You obsess about customers, listen, engage and act for their benefit You think big, with curiosity to discover ways to use your agile mindset and enable business outcomes You thrive in teams, and enjoy getting things done together You take ownership and build solutions, focusing on what matters You do what is right, work with integrity and speak up You share your humanity, helping us build a diverse and inclusive work environment for everyone We are looking for someone with : Degree / Diploma holder with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in provident funds operations (MPF & ORSO) Responsible, logical and attentive to details Willing to learn Independent and able to work under pressure Good communicator and be a good team player Good analytical and problem solving skills Satisfactory spoken English and Chinese Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI On the job you will : Oversee both MPF and ORSO data processes for HK Retirement business Support senior management in regular reporting and ad hoc requests related to scheme statistics Ensure that the administration for our key clients are efficient and accurate Provide input and support on key client MPF / ORSO offers and tender cases Support regular and ad hoc tasks related to MPF and ORSO data processes and compensations, work with sales team, operations team and IT team when necessary Become a subject matter expert related to compensation and data analysis, simplify the support related to special quotation and strengthen process controls Our commitment to you Our mission;
