We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital Optimisation Technology Analyst .
Develop and execute front end coding for digital optimisation activities.
Ensure that optimisation activity is underpinned by user centered design principles and can be efficiently scoped, designed, developed, deployed and measured.
Provide broad subject matter expertise and consultancy on front end development for optimisation.
Drive technology partners to improve optimisation capabilities.
Contribute to the development of optimisation team through support and coaching in front end coding techniques in line with team principles.
Produce test variants in collaboration with Group Digital, UI, UX, Engineering, Marketing and Product teams.
Support governance process
Identify key risks, issues and interdependencies and providing appropriate mitigation strategies or escalating as appropriate.
Share best practice across digital supported entities and global digital community.
Adhere with regional and local regulatory and compliance policies.
Responsive website implementation.
Tagging of the test variants, create scripts, set up parameters and user profiles.
Strong technical mindset, able to build and Quality Assure highly complex test variants.
Solid knowledge of analytics tracking using Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics or other web analytic tools.
Able to produce clear concise technical documentation.
Pragmatic approach to decision making with the ability to consider implications of commercial, risk, customer experience considerations and make recommendations.
Outstanding communication skills to explain complex or technical issues to stakeholders across multiple levels.
Appreciation of high level multi-channel digital strategies and regional sales and servicing plans.
Enjoy working in multicultural environment.
Resilient and self motivated.
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Excellent time management skills, innovative and proactive.
Mobile app development would be an advantage.
Fluent in English. Chinese would be an advantage.
