AS - Director (Financial Planning & Analysis)

  • Collaborate with global finance partners responsible for Sourcing team, and ensure deliverable and deadlines are met
  • Support and drive the three year strategic plan and annual budget process
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and work on special projects as needed
  • Liaison to internal and external reporting teams within the Controller ??s organization and partner with management to understand division / segment financial results and business trends
  • Accounting of Finance Degree with 10+ years of directly related experience
  • Recent FP&A role in multi-national buying office / sourcing organization
  • Chartered Accountant required and MBA beneficial
  • Experiences in multi-national currencies with direct experience in Asia-Pacific region beneficial
  • Experience presenting financial plans to senior management
  • Proven leader with experience developing and motivating teams
  • Experience working with forecast / budget software applications
  • Ability to navigate and extract date from general ledger / data warehousing tools
  • Courteous professional with proven ability to drive results through leadership, skills and initiative
  • E xcellent verbal with written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to be a solution driver in a challenging environment while working under pressure
  • Detail oriented and experienced in follow-through and completion of projects
  • Ability to drive adherence to tight deadlines
  • Proficient with Financial System
  • Knowledge of International Accounting Standards and US GAAP
  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operations and implement procedures to course correct / effect change
  • Knowledge of diverse corporate functions and buying office / sourcing business operations
  • Ability to translate organizational goals into strategic plan aligned with corporate financial direction
