Responsibilities

  • Responsible for effective execution of Human Resources functions, end-to-end recruitment activities, on / off-boarding arrangement and providing HR advisory for business
  • Develop and deliver various training programs for all business and functional units, frontline business units, including both supervisory and professional development programs
  • Ensure that accurate and updated on / off boarding data is maintained in HR System
  • Assist in performance management process with staff development plans
  • Prepare periodical reports on headcount and movement for management review
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management preferred
  • At least 3 years' experience in HR
  • Flexible, Detail-minded, good team player, willing to learn, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong computer skills, using MS Office
