We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Sales / Account Executive to join our fast-growing team based here in Hong Kong.

foodpanda is building a new product offering in Hong Kong with a mission to be the leader of the category, in addition to our food delivery core business.
You will be owning the end-to-end onboarding of vendors to our new business service. You will provide comprehensive support and strategic implementation to welcome HK restaurants to a brand new service on our state-of-the-art technology platform.
Your mission :
Grow the supply base for a brand new foodpanda product offering, focusing most specifically on vendors not currently using our delivery services (restaurants not offering delivery, hotel restaurants, bars, clubs etc)
Hunt down new opportunities and close deals (cold calling will be required) against monthly acquisition targets
Manage a portfolio of vendors using our new service, educate them about how to extract the most value from its potential benefits, answer account servicing questions and be a foodpanda brand ambassador in the market
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly / quarterly targets and initiatives
Interact closely with cross teams members to handle commercial and operational support across foodpanda’s internal departments
Liaise with internal departments, collect and consolidate users’ requirements and coordinate with the service provider to fulfill company’s needs
At least 3+ years’ experience in an operational sales or account management role, possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Experience & knowledge of foodtech booking, discovery and discount platforms (OpenRice, Eatigo, Deliveroo, The Entertainer, Uber Eats, TripAdvisor etc) highly desirable
Experience of F&B or Hospitality industry a positive
Ability to analyse and draw inference from data
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
Detail-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus
Knowledge in the use of Salesforce preferred
