Principal duties and responsibilities but not limited to :

Administer fringe benefits program

  • Vendor management / selection for all types of benefits offer in the program
  • Contracts renew, incl. re-negotiation on some discount / offering items
  • Reviews and updates program policy if any changes in requirements / details
  • System / data integration and coordination with vendor for employee selection of benefits (quarterly)
  • Obtain product catalog for upcoming cycle (quarterly)
  • Main contact point of inquiries
  • Manage employee benefit credit allocation data (quarterly)
  • Coordinates with other functions on staff movement and status changes and any other special occasion that may affect credit balance(quarterly)
  • Accounting / Auditing work for employee benefit credit balance based on usage report from vendors / internal
  • Organizes and manages reports & support coordination / administration of the program
  • Conduct employee survey and prepare feedback summary / data analysis based on employee feedback and vendor usage report
  • Employee communication (including but not limited to employee communication emails)
  • Coordination with Global Team

  • Coordinate with global team to utilize a benefit system for this program; help with content writing for the benefits that we can offer to employee.
  • Responsible for system maintenance and administration
  • Insurance benefits

  • Work closely with insurance broker / provider and internal contacts on BCG top up insurance programs and support annual renewal.
  • Handles enquires from staff on benefits / insurance plans
  • Ad Hoc

  • Assists in ad hoc project as needed.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Familiar with benefit administration
  • Experience in employee engagement / relation OR experience in devising / administrating employee benefits & creating tailored benefits would be an advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities, high attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups
  • Mature and capable of handling confidential and sensitive information. Convey a strong positive personal and professional image with excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics.
  • Able to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline driven and service-oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and effectively under minimal supervision
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • A team player, highly motivated, energetic, resourceful and friendly.

  • 3+ years of HR and administrative experience in multinational environment
  • Bachelor degree, preferably with business or HR focus
