We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Relationship Manager to join our Relationship Management team in Hong Kong.
The position sits under our Issuer Services division within Computershare, responsible for providing administrative services to Issuer Services clients and their individual security holders.
A role you will love
Reporting into the Director you will be managing various facets including Client Relationship, Stakeholder Management, Account Profitability, Client Event Communication and Management and Professional Advisory.
You will need to facilitate client account management, develop and execute account strategies and service review meetings.
You will Establish and manage client relationship at various levels identify and anticipate clients’ needs and requirements pro-actively to develop tailored-made solutions whilst Improving client NPS scores.
You will be the escalation point for senior and executive level enquiries and will be troubleshooting and handling client complaints professionally and effectively.
You will Deliver service orientation fluently and professionally. You will be working closely with corporate services teams to ensure clients’ instructions are always followed and services are delivered in high quality.
In addition, you will look after Account Profitability managing up-sells, cross-sells, discounts, terminations, and overdue depts.
You will proactively explore / discover both new and takeaway opportunities, increase revenue and lead RFP and / or renewal processes.

What will you bring to the role?
You will have excellent client relationship management skills and project management skills. You bring at least 5 years of experience in a client facing role within the financial services or banking industry.
Your strong problem-solving skills and well-developed commercial acumen will be valued.
You will be goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you will have strong interpersonal, influential and negotiation skills.
