Perform full range of office administration duties including arranging, ordering, managing, maintain office supplies, facilities, equipment, office space planning, company car booking service, mailing and courier services and petty cash reimbursement;
Travel arrangement for staff and guest including hotel reservation, ticketing, visa handling and reimbursement, etc.;
Assist in inventory control and non-inventory control;
Assist in procurement process;
Maintain proper records of office equipment;
Coordinate with internal departments and liaise with external parties to complete the tasks assigned;
Any other duties assigned.
Diploma or above with at least 2 years solid working experience in administration, office management or related field;
Reliable, detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, organization & interpersonal skills;
Familiar with Microsoft Office;
Accurate English and Chinese word processing;
Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.
