Job Purpose :
Lead and manage the team to support Direct Channels projects and change management. Independently handle projects with planning, managing, monitoring and executing capabilities to ensure effective project rollout and smooth migration.
Main Responsibilities :
Coordinate with relevant parties to identify business needs. Drive process changes and implement process re-engineering and system enhancement across Product, IT, Risk and Compliance, Operations, etc
Acquire User Requirement from end users
P repare and / or review business case, project plan, User Requirement, functional spec, UAT plan, test case, conduct / arrange UAT and user training
Implement Direct Channels and handle bankwide projects on various systems, such as Cardlink, CSS, BOSS, VRU, etc
Report to and assist Manager to allocate sufficient project resources
Arrange the production verification to ensure the wellness of system implementation
Incumbent Requirements :
University graduate or above with minimum 4 years banking experience preferable in project / lower academic qualifications with substantial years of working experience.
Familiar with retail banking products & system operations
Good stakeholder management skill
Good knowledge of functional test, test management tools and practices
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Very customer focused when working with internal customers
