The Job

Collaborate with Product Technology and Technical Services teams to align priorities and follow up

Review the accuracy of the data transferred from the previous system to the new one

Identify and flag the gaps

Update where relevant the product specifications

Upload key documents / certifications to CBX

Identify and flag the missing documents or not up to dated

Coordinate the final validation between supplier and relevant team members

The Person

Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical, Food and Nutrition, Food Science, Chemistry or other related disciplines

Rigorous and meticulous

Able to work independently, show initiative and communicate effectively

Good problem solving skills

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is essential
