The regional Assistant VM manager (of In-store presentation & Training) is responsible for the look and presentation of all full price stores, SIS and outlets in O&O, franchise stores in the Asia Pacific region.

Ass. VM manager supports on identifying main training requirements and delivering training tools throughout the Asia Pacific region.

He / she also play a part in the opening of new stores and important Shop-in-shop location and handles ordering of the seasonal in-store propping for the region.

Within this team the Assistant VM Manager APAC is responsible for the supporting of the VM team on all VM aspects.

The Assistant VM Manager APAC reports directly into the director of Visual merchandising for APAC.


Understand Global VM direction & execution guidelines to ensure the brand image is projected correctly at store level

Adaptations to local needs within brand standards

Formulate and execute visual merchandising plan to enhance brand image

Provide training to APAC business partners (country VMs)

Assist in setting up and coordinates new store opening and store upgrading

Regularly collect market feedback to improve effectiveness of in-store VM tools / strategies

Develop local VM teams by regular store visit (virtual / in person) and identifying training requirements

Prepare visit report and action plan post every visit

Support important Marketing events in the region

Manage all VM initiatives including marketing campaigns Pop-up, seasonal brand imagery, POS to be delivered in store, on time and on budget and in line with brand direction

Assist VM director prepare and set-up displays for promotional program, market launch and ad-hoc events

Be the key contact of VM App, collecting VM reports from the markets, update VM feed on the APP for Global review

    Strong retail, brand and lifestyle expertise within the premium apparel segment

    Strong trend and fashion awareness

    Strong managerial skills dealing with external partners

    Proactive thinking / planning

    Enthusiastic attitude and be a hands-on self-starter


    At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within Fashion (International experience); proven experience in decorating, styling, VM production or related fields

    Education : University graduate in Fashion Management or related disciplines

    Skills :

    Good, confident presentation skills

    Computer knowledge : MS Office, Adobe design kits

    Able to handle multiple projects and meet schedule

    Attend to details and good interpersonal skill

  • Passionate in fashion brands and good team player with creative mind is a must;
  • Must be fluent in both English and Chinese.
