JOB SUMMARY This role is responsible for :
Continually delivering sustainability thought leadership and managing environmental impacts across multiple property functions.
Engages on CBRE platform to drive development of new sustainability services relevant to property management in Asia, and lead sustainability proposals to new and existing CBRE clients.
Being part of the account leadership that manages the contract relationship, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader to grow the business relationship and contract value.
Ensuring alignment between the account organization and other departments within CBRE to maximize value creation and ensure excellence in operational delivery by providing direction and oversight to enable the teams to positively contribute and comprehensively manage the fulfilment of our commitment to the client.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND SCOPE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide input on the sustainability goals, targets, and high level environmental agenda of the client
Create policies and frameworks to inform how sustainability impacts are managed within Property
Identify revenue-generation opportunities for CBRE
Be the trusted advisor to top management and highly visible sustainability champion
Effectively manage senior stakeholder relationships
Introduce new sustainability practices and technologies to the account
Set and achieve targets that are relevant to the client’s sustainability agenda
Create and deliver implementation plans to achieve sustainability milestones
Manage and lead an implementation team with training, agenda setting, guidance, and managing quality of local delivery
Achieve Property Scorecard KPIs and other quantifiable targets against which CBRE is measured relating to environmental sustainability
Ensure appropriate communications to drive desired awareness and behavior-change desired outcomes
Manage and assure the quality of sustainability-related data sets
Pilot and roll-out new technologies and techniques
Ensure sustainability compliance against the client standards and guidelines
Identify gaps against best practice, and deliver change management to internal processes to be more sustainable
Well-rounded knowledge of environmental sustainability issues
Commercial-oriented consulting approach
Able to influence top management, build sustainability-related business cases, and effectively communicate the business value of sustainability
Passionate about the environment, and ability to be a highly visible sustainability champion across the organization
Strong analytical ability and able to structure detailed statistical methodologies for measuring environmental impacts
Drive communications & behavior change campaigns
EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION
Sustainability-related university or graduate degree
7+ years experience in a sustainability leadership position
Accredited with LEED or other Green Building certification scheme
Commercial minded with demonstrated consultative track-record
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead across a matrixed organizational structure
Significant experience managing customer accounts across multiple countries.
High level of personal credibility, customer relationship management, networking and management skills.
Ability to be a highly visible internal sustainability champion as well as represent CBRE’s sustainability excellence externally
