Job Description

  • Responsible for daily operation of O2O marketing platform. Including overall planning, promotion program execution to increase traffic and O2O conversion.
  • High quality visual and content management of the platform. Ensure brand equity delivery smoothly and inline with brand image and proposition.
  • Identifies and builds innovative, program-specific approaches to various consumer segments in order to acquire, retain and reactivate customers.
  • Always acute and stay tuned to consumer insight and new e-commerce trends. Be agile and efficient to adapt new idea to platform operation.
  • Measure the success of platform by integrating performance data, competitive info and consumer insights.
  • Establish partnership with other business units and external partners on content marketing and co-operation projects to maximize business potential.
  • Job requirements

  • 8+ years working experience with at least 3 years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated success in driving results in a fast paced e-commerce startup environment
  • Strong understanding of ROI-driven digital marketing strategies in a retail environment
  • Experience with mobile marketing with proven ability to define and execute mobile-specific marketing efforts
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling and A / B testing methodologies is a plus
  • Proven analytical capabilities and critical thinking / problem solving skills
