Providing 1st line support for system and PC problems as well as diagnosing and solving hardware / software faults
Responsible for new builds and upgrades of PC software and hardware
Troubleshoots and provides timely resolution to PC and printer issues including on-the-spot problem solving for end users
Higher Certificate or above in Information Technology or equivalent
At least 1-year experience in a technical support role
Good understanding of PC / Laptop hardware
Windows 7 / 8 / 11 OS, MAC OS & the MS Office suite will be an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese
Candidate with less experience will be considered
HK permanent resident is required
