Enterprise Risk Assistant Manager / Manager

Responsibilities

Assist to enhance the enterprise risk governance and processes to manage and control all risk types, including credit, market, liquidity and operational risks etc. within the risk appetite.

Be the principal point of contact and support for the non-financial risk framework, including providing guidance on the adoption of permanent controls, enhancing on monitoring of risks and reporting.

Co-ordinate the annual risk appetite exercise and ensure consistency methodology across the region.

Design and assist with the rollout of the model risk governance.

Support the development and enhancement of the environment risk management framework in collaboration with risk experts and business partners.

Overseeing the enterprise risk reporting processes, regulatory inspections and change management governance.

Facilitate risk governance committees which include collate information and presentations as required for risk governance meetings and board meeting as required.

Continue enhancement and instruction of new initiatives and support enterprise risk management strategy and projects.

Build strong relationship with risk experts and three lines of defense to drive continuous improvement of risk, control governance and processes.

Profile required

Over 5+ years of banking experience in risk and control management, internal audit or related areas

Board understanding of risk management program and non financial risk framework

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyses and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy

Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, detail-minded, self motivated and able to multi-tasks

Possesses sound, independent judgement and is solution-driven

Fluent English is mandatory, with other Asian language would be a plus
