Your role

As Business Rules Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve :

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance our automation model; provide insights to stakeholders by using your analytical skills
  • Scope, extract, and document business rules from business operation at a micro level
  • Research the meaning and origin of the business rules
  • Manage a portfolio of business rules by monitoring their quality, integrating new rules, or revising existing rules when necessary
  • Ensure that consistent terminology in business rules to build a common vocabulary and a domain data model
  • Conduct regular impact analysis for revision or replacement of business rules
  • Support the development of new insurance products and claims services
  • Your Skills and Experience

    As Business Rules Analyst, your skills and qualifications will ideally include :

  • Degree in Business Administration / Information Systems / Engineering or related disciplines preferred
  • Over 2 years working experience, preferably with insurance backgrounds; experience working as Business Analyst is preferred
  • Familiar with agile development cycle and UAT process
  • Good knowledge of Python, RPA, API, how a rule engine and machine learning work is a plus
  • High energy, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment with a customer focused attitude
  • Good analytical mind, self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Proficient in spoken and written English is necessary
