Job Description :
To lead and develop a long / short-term strategy and annual business plan that will achieve patient outcomes, targets and balanced growth.
Supporting the development of clear Channel building plans in line with the objectives including supporting the customer team, new product launches, training seminars and retailer meeting, in-store promotions, trade promotion management, merchandising, communication and logistics across the division.
Handle Channels’ total Category critical metrics aligning with multi-function (MKT / Fin / SC / Channel) internally
Working alongside customer to translate consumer insights into strategies which drive respective channel performance.
Build Channels’ category fundamentals Product Ranging, Pricing, Merchanting and Promotions activities across channels.
Develop BTL / GTMR strategy aligning with Brand strategy and ATL Plan
Track and optimize promotion efficiency and effectiveness in trade
Develop and communicate sales and execution channel standards (look of success) of each respective Shopper Marketing program
Cultivate trust relationships with vendors to achieve attractive pricing and ensure the quality of services.
Duties and responsibilities :
Build and execute results-oriented operational plans within timelines that are aligned with brand and partner strategies
Lead total Channel significant metrics aligning with multi-function
Lead communication on Account managers and Brand managers
Lead & Manage category follow-up actions from multi-function
Validate one-number input for each accounts’ category
Promotion efficiency tracking collaborate with account managers
Lead full-year promotion pack volume collaborate with AM and SC
Provide Brand-TM POSM design brief to the agency
knowledge and skills :
5 years + of experience in Trade / Channel Marketing in FMCG
Logical frame-working availability
Strong data analysis skills
Required leadership for cross channel / function communication with setting clear operation standard
Extensive knowledge on Channel strategy and has capability to develop Go To Market strategy & plan
