Your field of responsibility

Having responsibilities assisting in the end to end execution of all corporate access events including conferences, non-deal roadshows, field trips, bespoke client trips / calls and expert events.

Along with your seamless co-ordination across internal partners and external vendors on event execution, including preparation of event invitation, website creation, agenda planning, meeting scheduling and logistics arrangement.

As well as you having close collaboration with global / regional Corporate Access teams and stakeholders in research, sales and investment banking division on event planning and execution, corporate liaison and speaker engagements, ensure all processes adhere to our compliance framework

Furthermore, you will demonstrate ability in building and maintain strong relationships with companies and expert speakers to provide access to clients.

As well as establishing connectivity with sales and research team to generate thematic ideas for events to create alpha and service our client base.

Along with finding creative ways to showcase and differentiate Credit Suisse’s corporate access expertise and products

Your skills and experience

  • 4 years’ plus of experiences in a Corporate Access role within a Financial Institution.
  • A strong team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills. Ability to work and coordinate effectively within a team environment.
  • A service attitude, client focus mindset and desire to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi- tasked efficiently
  • A keen sense of self initiative, project ownership, with a high level of attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Having a dedicated, organized character and able to prioritize towards team / individual goals with a quality deliverable.
  • Ability in working onshore in Hong Kong and within a diverse team environment, cross collaborating with connected teams regionally and globally.
  • Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Good computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
