  • WHAT YOU WILL DO o Make outbound calls to an existing customer base to sell subscription-based renewals o Network with existing customers & partners to gain lead referrals for upselling our products and services o Act as a resource by providing exceptional customer service through answering questions and resolving subscription issues o Create proposals in SalesForce CRM and follow up with customers, and partners o Consistently utilize SalesForce CRM tools to track and manage activity, forecast business and process orders o Contribute to the team’s quota WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR o Bachelor Degree with 4 - 6 years of experience in Inside B2B outbound sales o Proven track record of success handling a high volume of outgoing sales calls o Ability to manage multiple accounts and track information accurately o Thorough knowledge of CRM Systems, Salesforce CRM preferred o Strong computer skills;
  • MS Office Suite with a strength in Excel o Passion for providing exceptional customer service o Strong organizational and time management skills o Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong relationship-building skills o Must have a passion for your work and an ability to apply that passion to both daily tasks and larger projects o Collaborative and team-oriented attitude o Effective problem-solving capabilities o Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision o Intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and positive approach o Requires the ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort ABOVE AND BEYOND o Previous renewal experience #LI-JC1 Job Family Group Name : Sales Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40
