Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Participate in C&B design analysis, and implementation to support our multiple business lines
  • Responsible for conducting market pricing and analyzing employee compensation competitiveness against market data
  • Support annual performance management cycle and compensation planning activities, including year-end bonus payout, merit, and promotion
  • Participate in Long Term Incentive Plan design and implementation
  • Implement Sales Incentive Plans, periodically review the effectiveness of SIPs, and make recommendations to plan design
  • Work closely with payroll on monthly salary calculation & payment, and monthly data report to Accounting
  • Support activities related to employment costs, such as quarterly forecast and annual budgeting
  • Support other C&B / POC-related tasks and projects.
  • Required knowledge, skills, and experience :

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, Business, Economics, or other related fields
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Global Compensation, preferably in the tech industry · Solid working knowledge and experience in data analysis, HRIS, market data, etc.
  • High ethical standard with integrity, detail-oriented, team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
