Position Summary :
Provides all-round secretarial and administrative services to the Department Head and superiors of the Team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Business Expertise : Has good secretarial knowledge & skills.
Problem Solving : Uses own technical knowledge, experience and judgement to define and solve problems basing on departmental policies, procedures and practices.
Nature & Area of Impact : Executes superiors’ instructions basing on departmental policies, procedures and practices. Has impact on own work & the superiors.
Interactions / Interpersonal Skills : Deals with various internal & external parties. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
