The Assistant Manager for Social Media will be responsible for :

SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN EXECUTION

  • Manage paid social media campaign execution : from media planning simulations, to asset QA, campaign setup, direct media buy and post-campaign reporting & analysis
  • Where available and relevant, leverage data (1st party CRM data, past social campaigns, etc.) for precision marketing : custom audience, lookalike prospecting, retargeting
  • Implement proper tracking in paid social media setup and owned channels (UTM, Facebook pixel, conversion tags ) to track effectiveness of online campaigns
  • Support affiliates’ eCommerce acceleration by setting up and running collaborative advertising with eRetailers when available
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily while proactively sharing key updates with stakeholders in local / regional teams
  • Manage the social media campaign budget for the internalized campaigns to deliver performance targets successfully, on time and at optimal costs per action
  • PAGE & AD ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT AND COMPLIANCE

  • Monitor and oversee proper hygiene in the management of social pages and ad accounts via affiliates’ Facebook Business Manager for data security and data transparency
  • Support Media Manager and work with HQ & Brand Companies in the rationalization of global and local social media pages and recommending best suitable model for BMCs given objectives and resources
  • Support PRA’s follow through of specific actions addressing gaps in affiliates’ compliance with IARD Digital Guiding Principles
  • SOCIAL LISTENING AND DATA INTELLIGENCE

  • Serve as regional contact for influencer marketing intelligence platform and support local / regional teams on their influencer profiling and major influencer campaign tracking
  • Work closely with Regional Insights team and external partner for the rollout of the social listening dashboard and quarterly tracking of Pernod Ricard’s share of earned media conversion across markets
  • PERFORMANCE TRACKING AND REPORTING

  • Track social media advertising investment by key brands across markets and systematically review investment sufficiency in terms of reach achievement of target audience and effective frequency levels
  • Work with external partner agency to generate annual social media scorecard provided to all Market Companies, with tailored analysis & recommendations
  • Support Media Manager in the implementation of the global data visualization performance dashboard project
  • Assist in preparation of regional Media Desk quarterly / annual reviews
  • PLATFORMS AND FORMATS INNOVATION

  • Proactively trial new social media channels or media platforms, explore new buying features or models, and test new ad solutions, inventory and tools to gather learnings, identify opportunities and share with rest of markets
  • Leverage on HQ’s global JBPs with social media platforms if and when available
  • MEDIA DESK AND DIGITAL TEAM SUPPORT

  • Assist in day-to-day Media Desk budget management : purchase orders, invoice processing, payment requests and total budget reconciliation
  • Aid in preparation and organization of PRA Digital Team initiatives : internal meetings, in-person / virtual upskilling sessions, regional summits etc.
