Duties

1. Provide full admin supportive to the project team and department to ensure the smooth running of the department operations

Maintain records of Engineers and assist in their movements

2. Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects / duties as required

3. Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management

Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the project team and department

Support the officers and project team in daily admin roles

Requirements :

Min. GSE or Diploma Secondary graduate or above, degree holder is preferred but necessary.

Min 1 years relevant experience in a similar role preferably in Business or IT or related industries.

Professional and pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive, take initiative and well organized

Work days

Monday to Fri , 5 or 5-1 / 2 days a week, 9 : 30 am to 6 : 30 am,

8 hours a day, working hours can be tailored made and negotiable
