About the Role

The Project Administrator provides support to the technical team, manages all aspects of the team’s project administration and general office administration support to Studio Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the go to person for the administration of a project, supporting the Directors, Project Leads and their teams as required
  • Undertake aspects of document control
  • Manage and maintain project records on share point & server ensuring that the relevant information is in the appropriate project folders.
  • Assist in the coordination of project meetings i.e. preparation of agenda, minute taking and distribution
  • Assist in the supporting of project leads with providing research for bid submissions / proposals
  • Create and maintain project logs
  • Undertake event booking and travel arrangements when required
  • Maintain and update resource planner
  • Coordinate weekly resource meetings
  • Assist in monitoring the lifecycle of a project through project controls base (IMS) around its project methodology
  • Provide support and cover to Project Administrators and Receptionists as required
  • Other office administration works as required
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Skills and Experience Required

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Oracle, InDesign, Illustrator
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, people-orientated environment, juggling many priorities at once
  • Experience of working within a professional services and / or built environment business is preferred
  • Good organisational, attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • A proactive mind-set and good team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • A confident personality that can communicate and engage at all levels
