We are looking for a professional Sales Manager to join us. You will be responsible for acquiring business opportunities and maintaining customer relationships.
Your goal is to achieve sustainable revenue growth by converting leads into long-term customers.
What you will be doing
Develop a robust pipeline of prospects to manage a sustained pipeline of opportunities
Identifying the prospect buying behavior and orient a sales process for the prospect to drive the prospect toward a decision
Uncovering key components of value for the various prospect stakeholders to drive Why’ the prospect is interested in our product and then demonstrate how the platform solves the prospect’s perceived value
Drawing resources from across teams to position the prospect for a successful long-term partnership
Dealing with complex negotiations at the executive level through a multi-constituent sales process
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Organize and lead product webinars / conferences to increase customer engagement
Who you are
3-7 years of experience in consultative and value-based selling with a successful track record of leading and growing teams
Working understanding of capital markets, key industry trends, and experience in selling complex data and technology solutions
Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients
Entrepreneurial approach to large, complex projects, with a flair for problem-solving
Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
People management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and engage junior talent and translate strategy into action across both formal and virtual teams
University degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field
