In this position, you will :
Management of Key Performance Index (KPI) including disintegration, monitor and report to ensure various sales team cope with the pace of target and
Coordinate with BI team of IT as well as outsource vendor to raise and solve the requirement to cope with internal needs such as analysis system enhancement, sales monitoring report requirement (sales volume and revenue of postpaid, broadband service, handset & device, etc.
to facilitate sales target monitoring
To provide project basis analysis and pin point abnormal sales analysis and provide suggestion for follow up
To formulate the sales team commission and incentive and help audit of IT report to ensur accuracy
Make use of social media apps to communicate with sales team and keep updating the sales figures to maximize efficiency of the sales force
Support ad-hoc tasks as required by the Division.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements :
Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, IT, Accounting or other numerate science disciplines
At least 4 years of concrete experience in business data analysis, database marketing or customer information management, preferable in Telecom industry.
Candidate with less experience would be considered as Business Analyst.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, be able to translate statistical data into business insight to augment managerial decision making.
Data modeling experience is a plus.
Good communication skill with staff at all levels, interpersonal and talent inventories in problem solving are vital
Strong in using statistical tools (COGNOS, SQL etc.), better has VBA and data visualization using tools (Tableau etc.) experience.
Proficiency in English & Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
