Success will be achieved by providing strategic guidance and operational leadership to the Regional HR team and you will be accountable for developing the overall strategy, design, delivery and management of the region’s HR programmes and services.
You will be adept at advising and influencing stakeholders within a matrixed environment and will posses significant experience in successfully managing complex projects, budgets, and deadlines and working across all levels of leadership.
As HR Director you will lead the region’s talent strategies, pro-actively translate business needs into HR solutions and lead and mentor the HR team.
