Job Description :
The Implementation Manager will be implementing one major or three medium sized customer implementations.Responsibilities include : Customer Management and the delivery of communications for new customer users,capture analysis of customer requirements and process mapping them into system configurations and managing the documentation and budgets throughout the end-
to-end process.There will also be a requirement to deliver customer training during the implementation phases.
Person Specification :
The Implementation Manager will have Bachelor’s degree or several years of experience within an Implementation role.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are a must, plus a proven track record of managerial experience and demonstrated ability to motivate, support and understand teams.
Ideally the Implementation Manager will have exposure to Marketing and Supply Chain and a Project Management qualification.
In order to be successful, this person will be highly organised, analytical, diligent and risk aware.
