The appointee is required to perform shift duties and work irregular hours (including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).
A good honours degree in Building Services Engineering / Architecture or related disciplines, full membership of HKIE / similar professional bodies, a valid safety training course certificate (commonly known as Green Card ) or equivalent issued by organisations recognised by the Commissioner for Labour and at least 7 years’ relevant experience.
Candidates are expected to be self-motivated for performance enhancement, with proven ability to complete tasks within tight project schedules, as well as good analytical and interpersonal skills.
Experience in building development and large-scale building project execution in Hong Kong and Mainland China, and / or experience in higher education institutions, practical knowledge in managing government subvention projects, knowledge of the Building Management System (BMS), and ability to use AutoCAD and Revit are preferred.
