The role

Providing support and maintenance service all Thales DIS systems deployed within the assigned territory :


  • Provide onsite support of our clients including hardware diagnostic and repair, software / hardware installation and problem diagnostic
  • Perform preventive maintenance for IT equipment deployed in customer’s site
  • Perform and arrange remedial service for faulty IT equipment
  • Perform quality assurance for system’s output
  • Manage spare parts inventory for the IT equipment
  • Assist end user testing after problem resolved
  • Provide system support and maintenance service
  • Perform on-call duties when required
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computing, Diploma in Electronic / Mechanic engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years technical experience in the IT industry with at least 1 year experience in a customer facing role
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 7 desktop management
  • Knowledge in Electronics equipment repair and maintenance
  • Experience in MS Windows, hardware and software installation and IT equipment repair.
  • Experience in providing tier-1 support service in Government sector is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English with strong communication and analytical skills, and result-oriented and customer focused.
  • Driver's license is a plus
