The Strategic Procurement Department is focused on delivering effective business solutions through a strategic management approach of our costs, our supplier base and the continuous improvement of our administrative initiatives.
You will :
Conduct market research and support business users to review and analyze their procurement needs including sign-off of scope, specification and maintenance requirements
Support cross departmental tenders and procurement operations and ensure all related activities are in compliance with the Club’s policy
Work proactively and independently with users on their requests
Negotiate contracts and purchases with suppliers
Provide on-site support as necessary for cross function collaboration
Drive continuous improvement for the procurement function through analysis, market benchmarking and sharing of best practices
Prepare regular reporting and analysis to support decision making
You should have :
Degree holder in Procurement, Supply Chain or Business Administration
At least 3 years of work experience in sizable organization for F&B, catering, or hospitality services
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications, proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to identify user requirements and implement change programme
Good command of English and Chinese
For candidate with less experience, he / she will be considered for the role of Procurement Officer.
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A one-year contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
