Senior Manager - Business Development (req387)
Take full responsibility for the global business growth and commercial development for both targeted new clients and additional business penetration on an existing accounts
Provide solutions to the clients through identifying, qualifying, consulting, developing value propositions and selling large scale and complex supply chain solutions
Explore business opportunities among some new branded companies and grow additional business within the assigned account portfolio
Prepare tender documents and contract negotiation
Degree holder in Logistics Management or related disciplines with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a client facing role, preferably in International Freight Forwarding industry
Strong knowledge of Logistics process and solution design outlines
Proven track record of targeting, pursuing and winning a sizeable portfolio of new logo key customers, through combined personal and collaborative selling efforts.
Demonstrate strong communication, persuasiveness and influencing skills
Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese, including Mandarin
Less experience will be considered as Manager Business Development
