POSITION SUMMARY :
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Consumer Journey, you will assist the formulation of regional strategy, digital / social execution and reporting of always on activities, brand building campaigns, social media, digital media, bloggers engagement, CRM program, and e-Commerce.
Plan, monitor, daily execution on the ongoing company presence on social, digital touchpoints. Launch optimized, targeting online advertisements to increase brand awareness, enhance engagements, traffic to online / offline to support business objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB :
Assist formulation of digital marketing strategy and plans through research, insights discovery from social media, and market understanding.
Facilitate timely communication with internal parties (cross functional teams in APAC office, stakeholders in Amsterdam office, stakeholders in countries.
and external partners / agencies to address requests of digital marketing assets and to ensure timely availability of assets for in-markets campaign implementation including website content update, online advertising, social content, digital editorial content / videos, CRM e-newsletter, ecom etc.
Coordinate and manage various online customer touch-points, including branded website, social media platforms, ecom (owned & 3rd parties), e-newletter.
Monitor and maintenance of brand’s websites, brand’s e-Commerce websites & brand’s social media platforms in the region, such as Facebook, Twitter, Line, Instagram, Weibo, WeChat, etc, and to manage / drive strategy of social media content calendar and implement social media activities such as paid social & social influencer activation etc.
Lead & execute social media campaigns that support key launches, cultural happenings and evergreen content through creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
Display a strong passion for cultural trends, social media platforms and content strategy
Execute daily operations for the overall online advertising campaigns including creative creation, advertisement performance.
Closely monitor and analyze online advertising performance and generate suggestions
Drive e-commerce marketing & content deliverables to further support market to increase online business
Prepare regional dashboard / report in timely manner to cover performance of digital media placement, SEM, social media & influencers’ engagement, CRM membership growth, ecom performance in monthly and campaign basis.
Stay acquainted with latest digital trends & news and social media development, to monitor competitive activities online, and to prepare market intelligence as update internally / externally.
Monitor the digital platforms regularly for any new business and marketing opportunities
Ad-hoc tasks will be required when assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
Experience : 5 + years digital marketing experience
Education : Bachelor’s degree
Familiar with digital marketing tools, such as Facebook business manager, Sprinklr, GA etc
Strong analytic skills and number sensitive
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Minimum 5 years of experiences to manage online campaigns, social media, website development, campaign performance reporting & ROI measurement.
Candidate from FMCG, Cosmetics, and Retail fashion would be an advantage. Agency background is also welcome.
Self-motivated with Can-Do & Positive attitude and could think out-side-of-box.
Proficient in both PC & MAC, strong computer skills WORD, Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote.
