To support the formation of the Strategic Talent Acquisition COE and build a world-class Group Talent Research ( GTR ) capability.

To identify top executive talent through multiple sourcing channels. Manage end-to-end recruiting process, create, and implement recruiting strategies.

The role is a combination of senior business and functional stakeholder management, governance, and people management.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for building GTR market and talent research capability
  • Design and implement best-in-class in-house executive search practice with a focus on direct delivery utilising best in class search and sourcing methods
  • Increase direct sourcing, and lead global sourcing campaigns as required, establishing priorities, budgets and channels, and monitoring progress
  • Provide first-class executive search delivery, market intelligence and strategic advice to senior leadership
  • Manage end-to-end executive talent acquisition process; and provide guidance to hiring managers on recruiting processes, controls, and policies
  • Produce comprehensive reports, which detail the relevant target companies, possible market sources and candidates for an assignment
  • Utilize on-line and proprietary database search engines effectively to identify qualified candidates
  • Ensure candidates are market-validated and capturing and sharing market insights with business stakeholders
  • Maintain the highest quality information on the database, including the timely and rigorous capture of insight gathered during search work
  • Ensure information is appropriately cascaded and that the team engages with wider HR and business projects and initiatives fully understanding organization context and priorities
  • Partner with senior leaders in HR to influence executive talent strategies e.g., reward, mobility, succession planning
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, controls, and standards
  • Increase the profile of Executive Resourcing, developing a strong network of internal and external stakeholders, including senior managers in the business, HR, candidates, suppliers
  • Use data and factual evidence to drive and underpin day-to-day actions and decision-making, including identifying opportunities for improvement and driving for gap resolutions
  • Minimum Job Requirements :

  • Extensive senior hiring focused experience with full project life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience working for a search firm coupled with in-house experience is preferred
  • Must have prior experience of recruiting at senior levels
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with senior most executives
  • Extensive experience of recruitment at an operational and strategic level (in-house preferred, or search firm / consultancy)
  • Knowledge and experience of HR information systems (Workday preferred)
  • Experience in and / or good general knowledge of the Financial Services industry and job market
  • Working knowledge of the FI's client groups, structure, and operations
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Remark : Candidates with less experience may be considered for Senior Manager level
