Claims Services Associate

  • Handling Home and other Lifestyle claims including Overseas Student & travel cases
  • Handling all Macau Travel & Future Home cases
  • Ensure all company & Group Standards are met
  • Fraud detection and recovery scanning and follow-up
  • Assist in the Lifestyle projects
  • Assist in monthly Complaint reporting
  • Manage all Lifestyle recovery case handling
  • Qualifications

  • University Graduate preferably in the relevant field but not essential
  • Working Experience in Insurance or related field an added value
  • Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal, able to communicate in Mandarin a Plus
  • A team worker with precise and analytical thinking
  • Able to work under pressure
