Role and Responsibilities
Lead and supports on business development and client engagement
Produce architecture design and diagrams related to - Application & Data Architecture & Deployment, Microservice Architecture and Web applications
Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions to address the client's business & technical challenges
Capture user requirements and translate into technical solutions across a range of industries
Use diagram tools and methodologies to create visual representations on business and application capabilities, features and functions
Define all aspects of development activities including technology stacks, development cycle and coding standards
Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects
Guide the juniors to deliver system documentations and playbooks
Participate in pre-sales, client presentation and present in front of senior executives
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in application development and experienced in application architecture and system design.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Architect role.
Experience in system analysis and design
Hands on Experience in cloud architecture and design (e.g. Azure, AWS Cloud)
Hands on Experience in container infrastructure (e.g. Kubernetes, OpenShift)
Hands on Experience in database (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle)
Hands on Experience in programming language (e.g. Angular, Nodejs, Python)
Capable to work independently and in a team environment
Understanding of software quality assurance principles
Good team leading skill and experience in working with offshore development team
Excellent command in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin (minimum to master 2 languages well to communicate professionally)
Degree or Post-graduate Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred
Certification in Enterprise Architect (e.g. TOGAF) is a plus
Certification in Cloud Architecture (e.g. Azure / AWS) is a plus
