Who we are looking for

The Internal Communication team is a group of dynamic communications professional who are charged with broad-scale communications to all State Street employees (approximately 40,000).

We communicate both strategy, vision, and goals - as well as items needed for day-to-day success (e.g. business continuity, events, training, etc.

We are looking for a strong communications professional to lead our APAC Internal Communications (14,000 employees). This team member will work with the regional CEO, location heads and other key stakeholders across the region to understand their needs, develop communications plans and strategies to meet those needs, and execute against those plans and strategies.

This person must be collaborative, proactive, work well across time zones, and be a team player. Strong writing and communications skills are a must.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong English writing skills
  • SharePoint online knowledge and editorial skills
  • Strong executive stakeholder management skills
  • BA in communications or other related field (graduate degree is a plus)
  • Minimum of 7 plus years of experience working in a communications field
  • Understanding of financial services is a plus, but not required
