Watches & Precious Jewellery Marketing Manager
Hong Kong S.A.R.


This position is responsible for creating, managing, and implementing Marketing & CRM campaigns for Chanel Watches and Precious Jewellery .

The primary goals of the role are to communicate Chanel’s ultimate luxury image and elevating client engagement at all touchpoints.


Build & orchestrate marketing campaigns to drive business results and objectives

Own and drive the curation of client experience for marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.

Collaborate with global and local stakeholders on ideas generation; create, adapt or finetune the client experience to make it locally relevant and impactful

Collaborate with Retail team to establish clear qualitative and quantitative KPIs for every marketing campaign and in alignment with business direction

Construct post-campaign data analysis, share learnings & postmortem recommendations

Plan, manage and monitor budget investments and ROI

Collaborate with Fragrance & Beauty and Fashion divisions to maximize impact of campaigns


Leverage data analyses to devise overall client strategy, design omni-channel client journeys and derive action plans

Develop and orchestrate targeted communication initiatives (online and offline)

Collaborate with global and regional teams to develop and adapt tools for local CRM initiatives

Work with the Communication team to set and monitor CRM KPIs in Social Media


Develop a variety of client activities / events for campaign launches across Watches, Precious Jewellery

Define relevant event format in line with business strategies : client activities / events in boutique or external venues

Set clear objectives for each event and work on planning of the event with relevant parties at Global and Local levels

Coordinate with all local experts and stakeholders to orchestrate the plan (VM, merchandising, retail teams) : influence and drive project to reach common goals

Collaborate with the Communication team to facilitate smooth operation of press activities

Role Requirements :

Degree holder, ideally in Business Management, Marketing or related disciplines

At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, preferably with exposure to Watches, Fine Jewellery, or High Jewellery

Creative, innovative and collaborative thinker

Highly data driven with strong business acumen and an analytical mind

Strong organization skills and ability to deliver under pressure

Self-motivated and independent

Ability to communicate with a wide array of stakeholders and effectively navigating different work dynamics, with a track record in leading teams (without direct authority) towards success

Appreciation and passion for aesthetics, arts, beauty, and luxury

Experience in budget and vendor management
