Quantity Surveyors at all levels (E&M)
Responsible for reviewing documentations and identify value variations, subcontract payments;
Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of records at our construction sites;
Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing;
Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract interim / final accounts.
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction;
MRICS or HKIS preferred;
At least 3 years' relevant experience with experience working in contractors E&M projects;
Good commercial and contractual acumen;
Good communication and problem-solving skills;
Good command of written and spoken English is essential.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor;
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Quantity Surveyor or above level.
