Who we're looking for

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis

What you will be doing

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for addressing customers' questions and concerns, delighting them with patience, compassion and clear communication.

Our customers require care services to help their parents or grandparents rehabilitate from cancer, stroke, dementia and post-operation :

  • Be an ambassador of Evercare to all prospective customers
  • Handle inbound calls to deliver quality service to customers in need of care services
  • Schedule and coordinate the appropriate care services for customers
  • Who you are

  • Have start-up experience with the ability to use multiple systems and multi-task
  • Have a customer-oriented attitude with good telephone manners and problem solving skills
  • Have experience in excelling in a fast-paced, high growth and rapidly changing environment
  • Have a start-up attitude, willing to learn and try, accept failure, and do better next time
  • Are comfortable working shifts (5 days per week, may include weekends)
  • Are proficient in English and Cantonese (spoken and written)
