We are looking for passionate talents with good sales experience to build our beer business in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities :

Selling and Negotiation

  • Effectively acquire new customers
  • Execute agreed business target
  • Identify key business opportunities of individual customer and develop selling plan accordingly
  • Seek ways to increase Company's share in customer sales portfolio
  • Account Servicing

  • Maintain and leverage positive business & working relationship with customers
  • Explain sales program mechanics to customers from time to time and ensure proper execution
  • Coordinate customers' requests on sales related matters and feedback promptly to relevant parties for further follow up
  • Ensure compliance of merchandizing standard
  • Seek ways to increase / enhance brand visibility
  • Monitor draught machine service at outlet level
  • Outdoor work required
  • Talent Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year sales experience, FMCG / beer industry preferred
  • Have good connection and network with bars, pubs and restaurants is a plus
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication skills and business sense
  • Dynamic, diligent, self-motivated and passionate
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
