Work with Director to implement global marketing strategies to support the growth of business in Asia
Work with the Deputy Director to plan and execute marketing programs to promote the auctions, selling exhibitions and retail business.
Coordinate with internal departments (Specialists, Finance, Press, Editorial and Business Directors departments) and external agencies (advertising and media agencies, video production and livestreaming vendors) to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.
Work with in-house designers to produce marketing materials, from digital assets to printed materials.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
Work closely with marketing counterparts in NY and London. Support promotion of overseas auctions to Asian clients.
Manage marketing budget and forecast, allocate funds to different marketing activities and process vendor payments.
Stay abreast with the latest trends and best practices. Explore new opportunities to identify potential customers, generate leads and increase engagements of current clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Arts or related discipline.
4 years of demonstrable experience in marketing in an MNC, preferably in Luxury Brands, Art fields, or Advertising Agencies.
Excellent written English and Chinese crucial.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Able to articulate ideas effectively in fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Social media savvy, active use of social media tools (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Weibo, WeChat).
Able to work under strict deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
Outgoing pleasant personality, creative, a team player, self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail oriented.
Passionate about art and its related discipline. A sense of aesthetics.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Adobe, Photoshop, SAP and website analytics tools (e.
g. Adobe Analytics, Omniture) a plus.
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
