We are looking for a 1st Commis based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a 1st Commis, we rely on you to :

  • Responsible for kitchens daily preparation and production
  • Maintain the stock control of food and materials for daily usage
  • Ensure high standards of food production meeting customers'' expectations and company standard
  • We are looking for someone who has :

  • Form 5 or Certificate holder of Culinary Arts
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in related professions
  • Able to work in both hot and cold section of kitchen
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure
