Description

Responsible for daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger

Handle full set of accounts and responsible for monthend closing

Handle inter-companies and overseas agent account reconciliation

Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and financial analysis for Asia

Assist in preparing annual budget and monthly forecast

Monitor funds in branches and prepare weekly cash flow report

Assist managers to review Asia Group related financial reports

Perform ad-hoc job duties and / or projects as required

Minimum requirements

Diploma or above in Accountancy or related discipline

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience from logistics industry

Experience in CargoWise is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel

Proactive, self-driven and attentive to details

Strong sense of responsibility and a team player with good interpersonal & communication skills

Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

Able to work under pressure and being flexible when necessary to meet deadlines

Willing to challenge the status quo and improve work processes

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the role as Accountant
