Job duties :
Assist the Area Manager in providing high quality property management services
Organize meetings and carry out administrative duties for Incorporated Owners
Establish and maintain good relationship with residents, owners and tenants
Handle emergency incidents, customer enquiries and complaints
Monitor the standards of maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties
Job Requirements :
Degree holder or with qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 5
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
Willing to serve people and work under pressure
Outgoing, positive and good in communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Candidates with less experience will be considered for Administrative Officer
