Assist in implementing HR initiatives in the areas of performance management, reward management, staff relations, legislative compliance as well as all related HR issues
Perform daily HR duties , prepare HR related documents and updating HR system
Responsible for leave management, benefits administration and ad hoc HR assignments
Diploma holder in related discipline preferable
3-5 years HR experience
Familiar with labor ordinance
Independent, responsible, organized and meticulous with can-do attitude
Good command in both English and Chinese languages, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
