Main Responsibilities :

Perform general teller duties over counter, e.g. receiving and paying cash / check, handling remittance and opening accounts etc.

Cross-sell retail bank products and handle general inquiries

Refer customers whenever opportunities arise DisplayQualifications("- 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in HKCEE / HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics

Minimum 1 year relevant working experience preferred

Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Excellent command of MS Word and Excel

Customer-oriented, self-motivated and detailed minded
